Terms of Service

By registering for an affiliate account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or participate in the affiliate program.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BTN Partners Hub. Your continued use of our platform after any modifications to these terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

To participate in our affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your participation in the program.

You are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to tax laws, data protection regulations, and marketing standards. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation in the affiliate program is legally permitted in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may request additional documentation to confirm your identity, age, or compliance with applicable laws. Failure to provide requested information may result in account suspension or termination.

Upon successful registration and payment of the required fees, you will receive access to your personalized affiliate dashboard. Your account credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your account.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. You will be held responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized such activities. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced account security.

Each affiliate is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts or attempting to circumvent account restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

Participation in the BTN Partners Hub program requires payment of a one-time registration fee of $50.00. This fee is non-refundable and grants you lifetime access to the affiliate program, subject to compliance with these terms and maintenance of active membership.

To remain eligible for commission earnings, you must maintain an active membership by paying either a monthly fee of $8.00 or an annual fee of $96.00. Membership fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle and must be paid on time to avoid interruption of your commission eligibility.

Failure to maintain an active membership will result in suspension of commission payments. Your account will remain active, and you will continue to accrue commissions, but payments will be withheld until membership is renewed. Accumulated commissions will be released once membership is brought current. All fees are processed securely through our payment system.

Commissions are calculated and distributed according to our compensation plan, which details various earning opportunities including Fast-Start bonuses, matrix commissions, and performance-based incentives. You can review the complete commission structure on our Compensation Plan page.

Commissions are credited to your account balance in real-time as qualifying activities occur within your network. However, certain commissions may be subject to a holding period to allow for transaction verification, refunds, or chargebacks. We reserve the right to adjust commission amounts if errors in calculation are discovered or if qualifying activities are reversed or refunded.

The company reserves the right to modify the commission structure, rates, or qualification criteria with 30 days advance notice to all active affiliates. Such modifications will be communicated via email and posted on your affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new commission terms.

You may request withdrawal of your available commission balance at any time, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of $0.00. Withdrawal requests are processed within hours during business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We support multiple withdrawal methods including bank transfers, PayPal, and other electronic payment methods. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any fees charged by third-party payment processors or banks. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect payment information provided by you.

All withdrawal requests are subject to security verification to prevent fraud and unauthorized access. We reserve the right to request additional identification or documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawal requests. Pending commissions that are still within the holding period are not available for withdrawal.

As an affiliate, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and ethically in all activities related to promoting BTN Partners Hub and BTN. You must not make any false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the program, potential earnings, or any associated products or services. All marketing materials and communications must be truthful, accurate, and comply with applicable advertising laws and regulations.

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in spam or unsolicited marketing activities, including but not limited to mass emails, social media spam, or any form of automated bulk messaging. You must respect recipients' privacy and consent preferences, and comply with anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar regulations in your jurisdiction.

Fraudulent activities including creating fake accounts, self-referrals, manipulation of the matrix system, or any attempt to game the commission structure are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination. You must not engage in any illegal activities or use our platform in violation of any applicable laws. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems and actively monitor for suspicious activities.

You may terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time by submitting a request through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary termination, you will retain access to your available balance and may request withdrawal of any funds above the minimum threshold.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, failure to maintain membership, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the program or its members. Upon termination for cause, pending commissions may be forfeited, and any payouts may be withheld pending investigation of alleged violations.

In the event of termination, you must immediately cease all use of our platform, marketing materials, and any promotional activities related to BTN Partners Hub. Your position in the matrix structure may be reassigned, and your referral relationships may be transferred to maintain network integrity. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible after the grace period specified in our Privacy Policy.

The BTN Partners Hub platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform, error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BTN Partners Hub, BTN, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

You acknowledge that participation in the affiliate program involves business risk and that earnings are not guaranteed. We make no representations or warranties regarding potential income or earnings. Your success depends on various factors including your effort, skills, market conditions, and factors beyond our control. You agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from your participation in the program.
