Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and commission adjustments in the BTN Partners Hub program.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and membership management. By participating in BTN Partners Hub, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Registration Fee

The one-time registration fee of $50.00 is non-refundable once your affiliate account has been successfully created and activated. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with setting up your account, assigning your position in the binary matrix structure, providing access to the affiliate dashboard, and granting you lifetime access to our affiliate resources and training materials.

Upon payment of the registration fee, your account is immediately activated and you are assigned a unique referral code and position in the network. These resources and benefits are immediately available to you, which is why the registration fee cannot be refunded after account activation.

Membership Fees

Monthly membership fees of $8.00 and annual membership fees of $96.00 are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. When you pay for a membership period, you are purchasing access to commission earning capabilities and platform features for the duration of that specific billing cycle.

Membership fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle and provide you with uninterrupted access to earn commissions from your network during that period. Since these benefits are made available to you immediately upon payment, membership fees cannot be prorated or refunded for unused portions of the billing cycle.

You have the flexibility to choose between monthly and annual billing cycles. Annual memberships offer better value with equivalent monthly cost savings compared to month-to-month billing. Once a billing cycle is paid, it runs for its full duration regardless of your activity level or decision to continue participation afterward.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your affiliate membership at any time by contacting our support team or through your account dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active and you will continue to have access to all features and commission earnings until the end of your current paid billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing cycle.

When you cancel your membership, automatic renewal will be disabled, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods. Any commissions earned up to the cancellation date will be credited to your account as normal, and you may withdraw your available balance subject to the minimum withdrawal amount of $0.00.

Pending commissions from your network will continue to be processed and credited to your account even after cancellation, provided they were earned during your active membership period. Your position in the matrix structure will be preserved for 7 days after your membership expires, allowing you time to renew if you choose to continue participation.

Grace Period

When your membership expires, you are granted a 7-day grace period before your account access is restricted. During this grace period, you cannot earn new commissions, but your existing account balance remains accessible and you may request withdrawals of available funds.

Your position in the binary matrix is maintained during the grace period, preserving your network structure. If you renew your membership within this timeframe, you will immediately regain full commission earning capabilities and all benefits will be restored without any loss of position or downline members.

After the grace period expires without renewal, your account will be marked as inactive. While your account information is retained, commission earning is suspended until membership is renewed. Your referral network and matrix position are preserved, but new member placements in your downline may be affected during extended periods of inactivity.

Commission Adjustments

In certain circumstances, commissions that have been credited to your account may be reversed or adjusted. This process, commonly known as commission clawback, is necessary to maintain the integrity of the compensation system and ensure fair distribution of earnings based on actual, valid transactions.

Commission adjustments may occur when a referred affiliate's payment is reversed due to chargeback, payment failure, or fraud. If you earned a Fast-Start commission from a referral whose registration or membership payment is later disputed or refunded, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your account balance. This ensures that commissions are only paid on completed, verified transactions.

Additional commission adjustments may be made if system errors in calculation are discovered, if qualifying activities are found to violate our Terms of Service, or if fraudulent activity is detected. We maintain detailed transaction logs and will notify you of any commission adjustments along with the specific reason for the adjustment. You may contact support if you believe an adjustment was made in error.

Withdrawal Cancellation

You may cancel a pending withdrawal request at any time before it has been processed and marked as completed. When you submit a withdrawal request, the requested amount is temporarily held from your available balance while the request is being reviewed and processed. If you cancel the request, the full amount is immediately returned to your available balance.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within hours during business days. Once a withdrawal has been processed and payment has been initiated to your designated payment method, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. The cancellation option is only available while the withdrawal status is marked as pending.

If a withdrawal is rejected by our system due to verification issues, incomplete payment information, or suspicious activity, the requested amount is automatically refunded to your available balance. You will receive a notification explaining the reason for rejection, and you may resubmit the withdrawal request after addressing the identified issues.

Request Process

If you need to cancel your membership, request assistance with account issues, or have questions about our refund policy, please contact our support team. Provide your affiliate username, registered email address, and a clear description of your request or concern. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours.

For membership cancellations, you can also manage your subscription directly through your account dashboard settings. Navigate to the membership section where you can view your current billing cycle, renewal date, and cancellation options. Dashboard-initiated cancellations take effect immediately and prevent future automatic renewals.

All refund requests, commission disputes, and account adjustments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We strive to process legitimate requests promptly and fairly. However, please note that decisions regarding refunds and commission adjustments are final and made at the sole discretion of BTN Partners Hub management based on the terms outlined in this policy and our Terms of Service.

This Refund Policy works in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of any conflicts between these documents, the Terms of Service shall prevail. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, particularly in situations involving technical errors, extenuating circumstances, or legal requirements.

All refund decisions are final and binding. BTN Partners Hub is not responsible for any third-party fees, bank charges, or currency conversion costs associated with payments or refunds. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution, typically taking between 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
